To use Super Stay 24® 2-Step Liquid Lipstick:
Step 1. Apply liquid lipstick to clean, bare lips using the built-in applicator, starting at your Cupid’s bow and working outward.
Step 2. Allow two minutes to dry, then apply the ultra-conditioning lip balm to seal in moisture.
Step 3. Reapply the lip balm throughout the day as needed to replenish shine and hydration.
Step 4. Remove with an oil-based makeup remover or micellar water.
